"Delivery was on time, but I still had a few gripes"
I ordered from Blue Tomato and, to be fair, the package did show up right when they said it would. Tracking worked fine too, so no real issue there. I just wish the updates were a bit clearer, because I kept checking and kept thinking the same thing: why isn’t this more detailed? Also, the packaging could’ve been better, honestly. Not terrible, but still, the packaging could’ve been better. Overall it was fine and I’d probably order again, but yeah, a few little annoyances kept bugging me

"Easy checkout, no fuss"
Checking out was straightforward and didn’t give me any trouble. The pages loaded like they should, payment went through quickly, and the confirmation email showed up right away. that’s all I really expect from an online order, so I was happy with it.

I’ve only worn it a bit so far, but the jacket seems really solid. It looks good, feels well made, and I haven’t noticed any loose stitching or anything like that.

"Surprisingly, everything was right"
I ordered from blue-tomato.com and, they managed to get the basics right, which is more than I can say for some shops. The size was correct, the color matched, and nothing was missing from the box. Delivery was fine too, nothing exciting but no problems either. I got exactly what I picked on the site, so I’m happy with it.

I had to send back a jacket because I guessed wrong on the size. Finding the return form was really straightforward, and the label scanned fine at the post office, so there wasn’t much to think about.
The refund came through a few days after they got it back, with no chasing or odd emails in between. It just felt like a smooth, low-stress return, if that makes sense, and I’d definitely order again.

"Decent selection, but I still end up missing things"
They do have a good range overall, but somehow the things I actually need always seem to be the ones they’re short on or don’t have. It’s not terrible, but it gets frustrating when you go in expecting to find everything and still end up having to look somewhere else.

I’ve ordered from Blue Tomato a few times they do have really nice stuff, the selection is solid, especially if you’re looking for snowboard or streetwear bits. The only thing is, the prices can be a bit much sometimes. Like, I’ll find something I like and then halfway through checking out I’m thinking, wait, I’ve seen this cheaper somewhere else. Some items feel worth the money, others not so much. The sales are decent though, so if you’re not in a rush, it’s probably better to wait. Overall, good shop, just not always the best deal...

I had some kind of issue with my order and support got back to me quickly. They sorted it out, which was nice, though I did have to wait a little longer than I expected at one point. Overall, it was helpful enough.

I ordered from blue-tomato.com and was actually impressed with how it showed up. The box wasn’t bashed up, the corners were fine, and the item inside was clearly well protected. They also didn’t stuff it with a bunch of unnecessary packaging, which I appreciated. Everything arrived clean and in one piece, so it kind of gave the impression they know what they’re doing. I’d order from them again.

I ordered a jacket and snowboard pants from Blue Tomato and wasn’t sure what size to go for, because I’m usually somewhere between M and L.
The size guide ended up being really helpful?? I chose M for the jacket and L for the pants, and both fit really well — not tight, but still with enough room to move around comfortably.
Delivery was totally fine too, but the best part was not having to deal with returns. I’d definitely stick with my usual sizing here again.

I have bought a product and did not received !!!! Awful CS I have contact several times Customer service and they told me they would send the proof of delivery Still waiting for proof of delivery , and no product !! The worse is have sent more 3 emails asking to try to help and CS does not answer. They just ignore you ! Awful service !! regarding me they can keep my hat .... Liers !
